DON'T VISIT THIS STORE.... Both the service and the showroom is really bad. And they are not authorised to service any mobile they are licensed only to sell.
The phone which was working functioning absolutely fine(except audio port) stopped working completely after getting it serviced here. I had a Blackberry Z3, after
using it for little more than a year, it developed a problem with its audio port(3.5 mm jack), after seeing the wrongly claimed board which said they deal with
Blackberry phones I entered the shop with hope that the things would get resolved but the problem was multiplied by 1000 times after visiting this store. The
phone completely stopped working and they were clueless as to what happened to the phone.

I had a very good experience I was there to buy the cell phone their prices are amazing then all other show rooms and I recommended all my friends & family to shop there even they were very satisfied with the service and pricing this is the best shop I have ever come across quick connect rock!!!
I second the above feedback, The store manager there is Prashant and he will just rob you! They advertised a HDFC bank 5% cashback on mobiles and I bought an S4 recently with my HDFC credit card. I was not given any cash back by the HDFC bank and when I contacted the bank they said it is a discount for HDFC bank cards and it is given directly by the store. When I contacted Prashant, he not only asked me to deal with the bank directly but he asked me if I bought the phone because of 5% cashback or for the phone and why bother so much about just 5%!
Do not go here...charges are more and they dont even bother to check with you if they are giving anything at extra charges
