Editors Note: NIMHANS is Indias foremost institution for mental health care and neurosciences research. Getting an appointment in Nimhans is a pain in the A..
Most of the Staff act aloof.. They need grooming in puplic relation
in India, any undertaking of the govt.is taken for granted
