Its legacy can be traced back to late 19th century in the foundation of the lunatic asylum, which was renamed Mental Hospital in 1925 and finally established as the autonomous National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences in 1974. Getting an appointment in Nimhans is a pain in the A..
Most of the Staff act aloof.. They need grooming in puplic relation
in India, any undertaking of the govt.is taken for granted
