Cheating of Bhima gold Jayanagar Bangalore
I was paying 10k every month in monthly savings scheme. While joining scheme they told we can take gold coin after maturity but when I went to get coin after maturity they told they didnât have gold coins so I have to purchase gold ornament. I thought it is genuine reason so I told them to show gold ornamentsthen they told they didnât have any ornaments in 1.1 lakh range . They forded me to purchase jewellery by paying 30 k extra.
Again I started new scheme last year yesterday I went to showroom to get coins but they repeated the same story.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE DOING ANY TRANSLATIONS IN BHIMA JEWELLERY
We had a very bitter experience in this store this evening, first thing is today's gold rate in every other store in Bangalore is 5500 but here it's 5518, 2nd thing, every floor has more than 10 staff but no proper receiving, no smile at all, I asked the executive why is he so serious then he smiled once, 3rd thing, 2 staff members are standing just behind us and one of them is standing very close to my wife, not sure if they doubt the customer so want to monitor or taking advantage with women in the name of security/monitoring, I gave him a class and complained at the reception then moved out of the store.
