I have also similar exp with Dr. Nalini Shenoy. i went to her hearing she is one of the best, my expectations were high but she was completely opposite. She is very rude, comes late. patients keep waiting and she is least bothered, keeps on answering chit chat phone calls from her friends in between. I will never recommend her.

Dr Nalini Sheny is still one the best pediatric doctors around in Bangalore. She's just too busy, and spends very little time, but she's an expert and very fast, knows withen a few seconds what the issue is. We changed the doctor to a reputed pediatrician in our locality (OK for usual consultations). My kid was suffering with sort of Allergic cough for over 2 months and he was given 2 different antibiotics and cough syrup and diagnosed with wheezing, and also given anti asthamatic cough syrupts. We returned to Dr Nalini Shenoy and she spend over 10 minutes every time for this case (with lots of people waiting outside). Got him on a much longer course of Antibiotic and he recovered. Dr. Nalini Shenoy is probably one the best thing that happened to our daughter..right from the day she was born we have been consulting her... We can relate to some of the comments as in - she does multi-task but we are convinced that that does not impact her effectiveness ..initially she did not seem very friendly but we realized our daughter was responding well to her and her treatment...I am very glad we decided to stick with her...one has to make some extra effort to build rapport with this doctor its worth the effort..she is a specialists who really knows her stuff...I strongly recommend her to anyone..well she is very famous for a reason..

I agree with sheila & Gershom, she is really one of the worst pediatricians in bangalore treating people very arrogantly. I am 33 years old now when my elder sister delivered a baby during 1996 we used to consult her for few weeks the ever worst and play full lady doctor who never touches baby and advice things in proper manner and have no common sense of treating people who take their babies problem to her..we stopped with her and continued with Dr.Jagadish chinnappa later baby was doing fine. recently my wife delivered baby girl and was crying like any when passing urine and consulted this blady lady for 3 to 4 times each time she charges Rs.300 @ Diwakar's Jp Ngr and issues a token number after waiting for several hrs she just calls 2 t ... One of the worst pediatricians I have seen so far. She has absolutely no repect for the patients. One rude of a doctor...a shame on the profession. I have seen quite a few pediatricians, but none is as bad as her. She did not have the time to listen to my concerns about my son who had a flu when I went to see her. She just wrote down some medication and sent us out in 3 minutes without explanation. I will strongly not recommend her to anybody!!

Well Dr.Nalini Shenoy is very famous .Hence its gets difficult to get appoinment.U have to go and get the coupon by 12.30 and she will come around 2pm and that too she will see 3 patients at the same time.All the kids simultaneously.At least this happened to me.

It was hard when she said to stop breast feeding to my 1 year old kid.When my baby was serious I called her home number but they said that she has gone out of station.

If money is everything why this guys come to become a doctor.
Alas one more in this buisness.
