We (1600 Apartment Flat owners) for Unnathi Project, We booked Apartment Flat on April 2010 @ 14 +1 = 15 Lakh and as per agreement, Builder suppose to complete the Project by November 2012. Instead of Completing the project Builder asking Extra amount of approax 11 Lakhs (8.51 Lakhs + Taxes) . Otherwise Builder Threatening to Cancel the Flat. We have already paid 95% of Total amount as per agreement. But now Builder forcing us to pay the extra amount (That is not mentioned in the agreement) otherwise they will Cancel Flat. Builder have almost stopped work on current project and selling other under construction Project (like Sona and LakeView) to customers. Builder need another 8.5 laks as inflation cost to complete the project. Our dream is fallen now..will have to wait and watch !!
Worst builder to deal with. Very rude behavior by the management and its staff. Stay away from this builder.
