I have a Photon+ datacard with an Internet account purchased in AP state in 2011. I moved from Hyderabad to Bangalore recently. I approached this Store on Mon, 25th Nov'13 for a change of address. They denied the service. They told me to close the account and obtain a new one, which might cause interruption of service and will need payment for the new connection. This is not a customer friendly policy. I have escalated this to the appellate but am yet to get a resolution.

Use the shop only for bill payment and not for purchase of Cell phones. If the phone works as expected, you got a good price. But if there is problem in the phone (phone not meeting spec, hang, slow response) - SHOP CANNOT CANCEL THEIR INVOICE. One should avoid these "franchise" shop due to risk involved because THESE BRAND SHOPS CANNOT CANCEL THEIR INVOICE even if there is problem with the phone. Shop will try to "prove" you why the product works. You will be safer to buy Samsung products from Samsunge India Estore where the detailed spec is listed on the website. You are also safe buying phones on Ebay India for all phones in general where many sellers have 7-day return policy if there is a problem or dissatisfaction.
