We purchased a kids dress in Jayanagar branch on April 2nd for my brother's kid who stays near MG road. Because the size did not fit, we went to exchange it in MG Road Bangalore Central. Anticipating the exchange, we checked in Jayanagar store with the sales woman. She repeatedly assured us that the exchange can be made ANYWHERE in INDIA, including Hyderabad Central.

Even in MG Road, the sales man repeatedly assured us that we could exchange it for any item of the same brand. Finally, when we went to the customer service desk, the self proclaimed "manager" told us that it was not possible due to a "system problem". He said systems were upgraded three days back and due to that exchange was not possible :-(. The same dress of different size was not available with them and they would not exchange it for anything else :-(. So, we were literally stuck with something that we did not want, which we bought just a days back. The Customer Service desk proclaimed in HUGE banners their exchange policy and we read all the terms to the so-called "floor-manager". His response was - "not all terms are listed in the bill" :-((.

The customer service desk was not at all helpful and the self proclaimed managers were totally incompotent. The sales staff are either un-informed or just are cheating. The customer service desk people are very adamant and show attitude.

Overall my experience with Bangalore Central -
1) They promise one thing and give some lame reasons for not sticking to it - BIG CHEATERS.
2) No friendly customer service - They are very rude with customers and do not even offer to help. Totally adamant.
3) Sales folks are clueless. They do not know anything at all except for following the customers around suspiciously.

Please, please DO NOT VISIT BANGALORE CENTRAL, unless you are ok with being taken for a ride and a rude customer service.

Great Department Store. Near Saint Patrick's Church. This store dose great for Christmas.

This mall which we get gud collections of all types cloths. we really feel cool to do shopping here.
