Donot book any flats with this builder, MD Mr. Madhu is a sadak chap gunda, donot know how to talk with their customer, Once you book the flat, they will show their actual face. Their history is not good, They never complete any projects on time, delayed by 6 months once the completion time over. So be carefull guye. These people takes 95% of flat money and launching other projects and simply hangs the on going projects. They promise a lot with model flat, but actual deliverable flat will be 40% change from model flat. You can have a look in Sawan and Anandam project. Sawan delvery date was July 2012, then extended to Nov 2012, Now handover on Feb 2013, Anandam project completion date was Dec 2012, Now April , but it will be going to June.
