I bought a nokia lumia 820 in the Mantri mall branch. They said incorrect information to us like white is the default color and sold to us. Actually lumia 820 will come in 4-5 colors and you can choose any color of your wish which I came to know after a day when i bought the phone. But in case of mine, they said if i need to change the color then i need to buy that particular color from nokia show room which is of worth Rs.400 + . After arguing so much with them they have not even accepted their mistake.
Bad experience with the employees over there and bad response from the management as well.
So anyone before buying any product from them just inquire about that product very well and talk to them as they may misguide you guys.
