If you are looking for a good product and after sales service zimson is not the place to be.
My personal experience of their so called service was nothing but deception from their part... and it is crystal clear their efforts were towards making a sale. It has been more than a week since I bought a Tissot Traditional series watch and I haven't received an authentic bill...the sales representative says many customers who have bought relatively expensive watches than me and haven't received their bills so i should wait like the others...this brings into question the the boutiques way of running things... be warned you will not get the value for money..im having doubts of my watch being authentic..i fear it could be refurbished or a replica..
