I had good experience with them first, but today I went there to purchase All in One PC, with touch. I had a list of 3 models. I told them several times it was for a kiosk in a store. After trying several no.s they said, its not there but they have a lenovo model which we can take. I confirmed all again. But after I reached my office, I found out its not touch. I called them, and they were saying it's not possible to own a touch in that price. It might be true, but that's not what they have to say after we purchase. And go. Then I went there back, feeling really bad and they where saying they will keep 500 Rs, and can't refund full for system they sold to me on a lie and which am giving back in few hours. Awesome prices - they hate answering questions over the phone and are forever busy - the phone doesn't stop ringing. Me and my friends buy from here quite regularly and they generally make it worthwhile to go all the way to S.P.Road. So far I haven't had a problem buying from them and neither have my friends. However I called up about a Xeon E3-1245v3 and they kept me waiting on the phone endlessly - that could be quite innocent or "baniya" attitude :p but over all, in S.P.Road - pay them a visit.
