A sales women called Fathima is taking over the entire shop!! She thinks she is the owner of the boutique!! I was a happy customer of them... Very regular infact- all my blouses i give to them... But i dono what happened, That lady dont even treat me like a customer!! Am i looking like a piece of dirt to her?? I'm paying for the service I'm getting... For my brother's wedding i wanted my brother's fiance to get blouses and chudi to be stitched here!! The least thing tht lady can do is to take the measurements and keep it safe!! She cant even do that and on top of it she keeps a huge face and dont even care a sorry for it!!! As a customer wat kind of respect i get?? I seriously feel like crying!! I lost all hope with them... Poor customer service & Bad stitching and finish. I gave three materials and it was not delivered on promised date. When it was delivered the fit was wrong. After that i have gone three times and all the time even the correction done was wrong. Inspite of making me run around, they did not have basic courtesy to inform me that the closthes are still not ready and made me come wasting my time & energy. Its been over three weeks from promised date i still dont have my clothes. Three rounds of alterations and still its not fine. Even now they neither showed any consideration to me and cooly asking me to come later to collect it!!! Why charge premium rates for this!!!
