Pathetic service by times of India.We subscribed to times of India last mar 2014, but delivery started only in Aug 2014, now I see that we are not receving the paper.THe local agent is not picking up our calls. This subscription plan is bogus and only aimed at minting money from public.

I too have paid the cheque for Annual subscription on 26th Nov 2013, but I am yet to get the news paper. Could some one in TOI to kindly look into the matter and arrange for early delivery of the paper

I have paid a cheque of Rs 299 for annual subscription for TOI on 15 Nov 2012 and the cheque No is 299412. Agent was started putting the newspaper from december 1st onwards.I have not received the relevant coupons for the newspaper till date.And the Agent was stopped putting the newspaper nowadays.Please send the coupons to my address as early as possible.

I have paid a cheque of Rs 299 for annual subscription for TOI on 22 Dec 2012 .( Order No NAL 003721 )
I have not received the relevant coupons for the newspaper agent till date. the help line contact 24317979 only goes to answering machine and never get a call back.
The more concern is the other nos 45457926 ,7933,7936,7973 7935 have no response.
I only get response at 45457927 and immediate call back from different persons .
These persons on call take down the information , give commitmentsâ and never return back. I am struggling to fix this issue for last 1 Month .
This is not expected from a group like TOI.
The news paper agent is demanding money for the TOI delivery .
Pls send me the coupons .

We have paid an amount of Rs.299/- as yearly subscription vide SBI cheque no.049180 dt 25-12-2011, but we have not received the news paper from 1ST NOV 12 till date. When your delivery agent RRE:Mr.Prasanth kumar,RRE CODE:CR3978 (9094005977) was contacted, he cited the reason of non receipt of his commission from your office. We had a similar issue during last year and your representative assured us that the same would not occur in future. This is not expected from a reputed group like yours. We will have no other option but to change to another publisher if this issue is not sorted out and the delivery of the news paper resumes immediately.

When your delivery agent Thayalan (9841310638) was contacted, he cited the reason of non receipt of his commission from your office. We had a similar issue during last year and your representative assured us that the same would not occur in future. This is not expected from a reputed group like yours. We will have no other option but to change to another publisher if this issue is not sorted out and the delivery of the news paper resumes immediately.
