I bought a Titan watch (model Code:1404SBA ) three years back. I'm extremely happy with the product. I had an accident recently and the glass of that watch broke. I gave it for replacement to Valasarawakkam Titan showroom on 2nd of February. I was advised to wait for 2 weeks till they get replacement from factory as they have got no stock. I sent my father the next time, as I couldn't due to sustained injury from the accident, the lady at the service desk said, they got the replacement from factory but it got fitted on another watch which came after my watch for service and she was not there so the mistake happened. She asked me to wait for another three weeks to get a replacement again from factory. I waited for another three weeks

Today, I had a worst experience at Workd of Titan service center, Valsarvakkam. Thought it was worth sharing.
From my first watch in 8-std till now, all watches have been Titan and they were purchased / Serviced at World of Titan, Vadapalani...where I always had a nice experience.
My 2-year old aviator series watch had a minor problem of an inner cover ( seconds clock ) some how came out. I went to world of titan , Valsarvakkam to fix the same around 4.30-ish. The lady responsible for service area told that technician is out for tea, the issue is fixable and can collect my watch in another 30 mins...I stroll around the showroom for 10 mins, technician didn't came ..hence thought better to come later and collect.

I bought a Fast track watch on 23.12.2009
Model no : 1229SSA (In Guarantee card they wrote 1229SL02) - Back side mentioned 50M WR
First i got a problem of slow running during next one month gap of purchase, when i approach the showroom service parson he adjusted the time & he told me to observe the same for 2 days.
After 2 days he gave me back with now no problem. I asked & they said may be some dust & it was cleaned.
After two months i had the same problem it runs with 10mins delay for 24Hrs. At that time i asked them to check clearly since i couldn't come from adayar every time.
