I have ordered a mattress through online before fifteen days, whenever we ask for delivery they said they don't have the product and asking us to wait.... Such a irresponsible idiots are doing business like this and spoiling our time,money,efforts everything is totally waste...
VERY WORST SERVICE, DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS SHOP... THEY ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMER IN BILLING
Worst Customer care... I have ordered an sofa cost of 21k and 6 furniture cushion at 2k in this store and paid full amount... They said delivery will take 10 days. But even after lapse of 1 month product was not delivered. I keep on called daily . The response was very poor. They will give new number daily to contact mentioning He is the responsible guy. But no fruit. First they said sofa is not available. once we get we deliver . I went to shop one weekend and enquired. They said by next saturday they will deliver. So i took off on tat saturday. i am pained to report that during exhibition they charged rs.175/= as transportation. after a considerable delay the cot was delivered after repeated reminders. the delivery people demanded additional transportation charges of rs.300/= plus rs.100/= for tea. i dont want to get penalised further. enough is enough. i will never suggest subha stores even for my worst enemy.

They promised to deliver a sofa a month ago, but delivered after a month and has a lot of small damages in the product. They claimed it was because of shipping. Their customer service is very poor. Never ever buy product Subha stores.
Really Subha Furniture Store has worst service in both delivery and communicating with customers. I had problem with furniture delivery vehicle driver. At subha furniture store - PADi, Chennai, the sales man Mr. Mohan (above 45 years old) informed me a delivery charge and delivery driver Mr. Siva from padi asked additional charge for delivery and argued that it has been mentioned in chart sheet. But later i checked the chart sheet, it is very less compared to the driver charge. I paid the money asked by the driver and the computer table got so many scratches and damage. After making the payment they delivered some damage computer table. VERY WORST SERVICE. There is no replacement or warranty.
advice to all. please dont buy things from subha store. things are very worst.
please dont buy pigeon induction stove, if it is not working they wont care about that. its wast of our money and time. they wont even think and talk.
