I liked the comments of Sundaresan. I too studied in this school, but only for one year (1953-54). Though I don't remember names of many teachers who taught me, I do remember my classteacher (who took English) who presented me with Wren & Martin English Grammar book and also a Book of Idioms. I remember the respected Rev Fr AM Gnanapraksam, the Principal.

I am S.Sundaresan 74- Retired after serving in Tamilnadu Elecy. Board ,lastly as Exective Engr. Nilgris.- Now living in Pune ,Maharashtra. I did my schooling from my First form to my Sixth form from years 1947-'48 to 1952-'53.
The school which is my Alma Mater gave me Good education, Enforced strict Discipline taught me Realvalues of life.
The teachers Subramania Iyer, Ganesa Iyer Gnana Reddy, Arokiasamy , Nargunam,Adhisayam, Seetharama Iyer,
Doraisamy Iyer, Jaganatha Iyer,Padhmanabha Iyer, Anthwan etc., are all really Gems which one cannot forget.
Weekly Exams from 14.30 to 16.30 on all Fridays and their Corrected papers will be given in about 3 or 4 days in
class room by Rev. Fr. A.M.Gnanaprakasam and the students who got less than 35 marks will be asked to come to
his chamber where the student will get beatings
