I have made the biggest mistake in my life when i booked an Easy cab on 19.02.2015 for New Delhi Railway Station from Paschim Puri under Booking ID A022000037. I have to travel next Day at 3:00 PM. I got a call from the Driver around 2:45 PM that he is on his way, I told him that it's alright as my booking is at 3:00 PM. Again he calls me at 3:15 and told me that he is waiting on the main road outside my house. I send some one who guides him to park the car in front of my building. I boarded the cab along with my family within 5 minutes of parking the car. The car reached the destination around 4:30 PM.
