Kapoor Arts set a new standard of unprofessionalism in Delhi and then surpass it themselves. I went to Kapoor Arts around the beginning of January 2015 to get a thesis bound. It has taken them over 3 months, yes, 3 months and I still haven't received my thesis yet! I should thank god that it was a personal copy and that my year didn't depend on it but if it did, I don't have to tell you what would have happened. By the way, for the ill-informed, a thesis takes around 3 hours to get bound - 2 days at the max. but 3 months?! My word of advice to you: if you care about getting your product/order on time or rather, about getting it all, go to anyone but Kapoor Arts.
