case summery:i m Mostafa kamal pasha from dhaka,bangladesh,age-44,weight-68kg and a male patient.at present i m suffering from subject
mentioned disease and the symptom is -there is no heart failure.ECG & chest X-ray r normal.color doppler Echocardiography confirmed the diagnosis of severe mitral regurgitation due to prolapse of the posterior mitral leaflet.LV size 64mm(diastole) by 34mm(systole).LA size is 43mm.LV EF is 77%.PA pressure and other valve is normal.

Query: do i get facility to repair the mitral valve from this hospital and the total cost in USD
