Simply speaking - horrible! Unprofessional packing (glass items wrapped with newspapers and dumped together with other heavy items - no wonder so many got broken. Cardboard boxes when being unloaded in Kolkata spilled the contents. Though they charged me for delivering at first floor of my house, the loaders asked Rs. 2000 to do it. When I refused they dumped all the packages on the road in front of my house! It was a blind lane, otherwise there would be a traffic chaos.Ultimately, I had to hire local labours at Rs. 2000 to take the items inside my house . When I asked party to reimburse, they initially agreed but kept on deferring in spite of my emails and telephone calls, though 6 weeks have passed. They have charged for insurance, but my
