Tushita Mahayana Meditation Centre: Find peace and practical knowledge of Buddhism and spirituality at Tushita. TMMC was founded in 1979 by two Lamas of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. The centre was developed to provide a haven of peace and serenity where one could find themselves and discover the principles of Buddhism. Tushita offers assisted Buddhist meditation sessions, regular spiritual discussions in group meetings, spiritual programmes of Buddhist teachings, Buddhist retreats and practical courses in spiritual healing, Yoga, Reiki and Tai-Chi.
