*****Poor service from India Relocation Movers Packers? Don't DARE complain!***** I had a very poor experience with Indian Relocation and described it in detail in my April 23 review (you can read it further down on this page). Following this, things turned much, much worse. 1. I have received threatening phone calls telling me to remove my review 2. I have received threatening SMSes (one of them says 'many times you tortured me...now my time starts, thanx') 3. Bir ( himachal Pradesh ) shipment booking for sap rate lorry, and delivered the goods nicely and timely. as wrote the customer. but Goa shipment booking is in part load and delivery time was minimum 10 days. wrote inalso in the quotation copy. for house hold goods and car. both the shipment dispatched from Delhi and Gurgaon on 23rd February 2014. in the night. i told the customer about of this. house hold goods shipment delivered on 6th march 2014 in the morning. customer took the delivery and checked each ans every items ... ( two thousand ) for damaged charge, i said , sir after many days u r saying about of this. whereas you gave me a delivery goods acknowledgment to my team. then customer said i want money, otherwise i will destroy your company name in the market. i said you no worry, i will talk in my company and try to give you this claim. on 20th march customer done the same thing and post review against of company on two different site or more. . 1. ask laila .com 2.mouth shut.com i talked the customer , then he said, i want money after that i will remove the all reviews. after few days i given him 2000. deposited in the bank. then i said, sir kindly remove the reviews , he said give me some time. after one months i called yesterday on 23rd April for remove the reviews, then he said my severely items are damaged and i want rs. 50,000. ( Fifty Thousand) more .... and threat ed me, my relation is on high level post in the all in all area. so give me money for your best future otherwise will lock this company. and keep doing continues destroy your company name in the market. he wrote microwave oven value. 13,800. wheres Goa shipment value was only 50000. and He declared the microwave oven value is Rs.500. (five hundred only) . kindly see the 27 number items in the packing list. and today he post one more review in JUST DIAL. Com , so now his only main aim is disturb to me and my company. his continue are touching me for the money. and ever day post the reviews different different site. so i just request to DELHI POLICE AND JUST DIAL Team , specially DELHI POLICE. kindly take the action against of this customer , otherwise this customer will no do the business in the market. after 48 hours will go to the nearest police station and give a complaint in the written. SUMMARY: If youâre moving within Delhi then Indian Relocation is a good choice-they offer good value and responsive staff. If youâre moving across metros(or worse, to a small town) then do not touch Indian Relocation under any circumstances! They have extremely poor-quality partners that they have no control over, but they wonât tell you this until things go wrong. The end result: broken commitments, severely damaged goods, staff without accountability and sincere apologies but not much else-at best symbolic compensation of Rs.2,000. SOME DETAILS OF MY EXPERIENCES WITH INDIAN RELOCATION: In the last 2 years, I have used Indian Relocation(IR) for 3 assignments: â¢ Shifting household goods within New Delhi. â¢ S ... View More hifting household goods from Delhi to Himachal Pradesh. â¢ Shifting household goods from Delhi to Goa. In my experience, IR did a good job in helping me shift within Delhi/NCR, and a nightmarish job of transferring goods across state borders to Himachal and Goa. My contact person at Indian Relocation, Mr Sukhbir, was responsive to the best of his ability throughout-but was powerless in the face of larger organizational issues such as extremely poor processes and accountability from the people who were actually transporting and handling the cargo. To cut a long story short, here is quick summary of problems and damage, and the response from Indian Relocation: â¢ Hugely delayed delivery of my car, with numerous broken commitments. When the car was finally delivered, it had an astonishing 310 kilometres extra on the odometer(I had been told there would be some running as the car was taken to Manesar from my house in South Delhi etc, but 310km is quite a trip)(OUTCOME: The inconvenience of not having a vehicle+ the additional inconvenience of not making alternative arrangements since I was constantly told that the car would be delivered soon) â¢ Irreparable damage to a Samsung microwave(OUTCOME: I bought a replacement @ Rs.13, 800. The technician told me the old microwave had definitely been dropped along the way) â¢ Extensive damage to a Panasonic fridge, including severe denting and the slicing through of a pipe carrying the cooling gas. The technician tells me the fridge was probably dropped, and was definitely manhandled(OUTCOME: It is currently at the service centre, costs unknown as yet, but meanwhile I am without my fridge.and it is now 27 days since I moved into my new house) â¢ Broken wine glasses, ceramic bowls, painting glass fronts, furniture etc.(OUTCOME: Iâll have to replace the wine glasses etc at some point, and repair the paintings. My work desk is now unsteady because the bottom of one leg has been broken, and my chest of drawers is chipped down the length of one side. Plus there was the effort of cleaning up broken glass in the middle of everything else when I unpacked the glasses) â¢ Misdirected boxes, with several boxes that were supposed to go to my motherâs house landing up in my house in Goa instead â¢ And last but not least.HUGELY delayed delivery with repeatedly postponed dates that were not communicated to me until the committed date passed yet again and I followed up yet again(the initial commitment was 7-8 days; final delivery took place after NINETEEN days! That means 11 unplanned days of having to recycle my one suitcase of clothes and managing without furniture) In sum.use Indian Relocation for Delhi-to-Delhi transfers without hesitation. For anything else, use a different company! Do not be persuaded by the apparent professionalism of their sales staff or the competitiveness of their quotes. Indian Relocation uses a network of partner organizations(as do many vendors Iâm sure), but they have zero control over the people who actually transport and handle your cargo. Once your goods are packed and dispatched, you will. â¢ Find that many of your things, including high-value appliances, are damaged or unusable at the other end. You may also find like I did that some of your office clothes have been packed in the same box as a jhadoo, pocha and bottle of Harpic-and that the Harpic bottle has leaked during the journey â¢ Not be given timely and accurate information on when to expect delivery â¢ Keep waiting as the nth commitment of "definitely tomorrow" passes without any sign of a truck â¢ Discover that your contact at Indian Relocation is as helpless as you are because he has no control over-and very limited access to-the people actually handling your goods. In the end he may just give you the phone number that heâs been given, and both of you can dial it alternately(if you get through first you can update him instead of the other way around) I hope you find this review useful. Thanks......good service, I recently shifted to Noida from Mumbai, I needed relocation workers but with affordable pricing. i came across with many packers movers. but their price and timing was not according to my affordability and choice. but i saw a indian relocation poster on the wall while i was walking to bastand in Mumbai, i tried call them, the most surprising thing for me was they delivered on their promise of on time delivery. I booked on Monday 13th May 2013 from mumbai, and they deliver on 16th july in Noida to my home and at both time the staff came for packing/loading and unpacking/unloading was good at their job. So its almost hassle free for me.
