VERY VERY FRAUD EMPLOYEE OF NOIDA REAL ESTATE PERFORMING ALL TYPE OF FRAUD ACTIVITY.ALWAYS BEWARE OF SNAKE & EMPLOYEE OF PRITHVEE PROPMART .BOTH MAY BITE TO THE PEOPLE WHO CORPORATE THEM.The company is big fraud.The company changes the booking form before submitting to the builder or seller.changing the cost of flat and doing frogery sign of buyer.

We bought a property in Noida 3 years ago and 85% payment is already paid but the Prithvee guys have not yet given credit note money to us. Lets make a united effort and confront them. Please let me know if you want to ask them in a group.

prithvee propmart pvt. ltd.(association of fraud agent in noida) these is a growing company of noida in the field of fraud & cheating of property.they have involvement in change of booking form having frogery sign ang change the cost of amount of appartment before submitting to builder.they also do not provide any type of credit note.once you book the appartment you will not be able to contact the broker.

We have received the credit note cheque from Prithvee now, so I guess things are fine with the company.

This is a fraud company as they offer credit note discounts at the time of sales and as soon as you give the money, they will stop responding to emails, calls and never hand over the money to you. Their employees as well as directors are involved in cheating customers by credit note fraud. We bought a property in Supertech Capetown in Noida last year but the Prithvee guys have not yet given credit note money to us.

Please don't book your dream home from this fraud company. The employee of this company are well trained to misguide the peoples. they dont entertain phone of their clients. There is Mr. Shailendra, Mr. Rupesh, these guys dont know how to talk to a client.We have booked our flat from them 2 years back and still we have not received our discount amount from them....I dont know they will give us or not...
