I've never had to take a city bus and I pray I'll never have to!
Experience with Your Bus service is worst in life. I like to give you rating .1 out of 5. No time punctuality, Dirty bus, smelly interior. Bus got break down in Chander nagar . Driver was almost escalating that to all the persons in. No one turned to arrange an alternate. Buses are late and forget about the timings they mention while booking. Worst Bus, Worst Service.
Condition of the bus like bullkcart. You have no responsibility towards passengers in your bus. All 40 passengers in bus will not recommended your bus service to anybody

worst service. Seats are very uncomfortable. I traveled in city land travels volvo bus from shimla to delhi in this bus and the journey was pathetic and horrible. The driver was driving so rash that he hit a tempo on the way. I would recommend not to travel in this so called "volvo" bus. They use deluxe bus and call it volvo.

The worst volvo bus i ever traveled was operated by cityland travels. they moved me to last seat at the last moment(my mistake i obliged to their demand).
They have plywood instead of glass windows in a volvo !!!! dirty blankets, water on demand and thug operators.
Avoid it.

Ridiculous service, indifferent behaviour, no phone or laptop charging points, the driver takes a big commission from dhabas which serve substandard food and refuses to stop anywhere else. I will give a better rating to a bullock cart instead.
