I bought a Morphy Richards Premio Electric Gyser from Kohli Appliances, 561, Patpar Road, Jheel, Delhi-110051 on 24/10/2013. They told me that my Gyser will be installed very next day only. But till now nobody has come for the same. When I recheck on Morphy Richards Customer Care they are saying it will be installed by coming tuesday. I called up Kohli Appliances to take this back as I have an urgency as I bought it for my small daughter. My purpose is not getting fulfilled. But, they have refused to take this back. Please help me to resolve this. It is very third class service and response from Morphy Richards and Kohli Appliances as it takes one week to install the Electric Gyser.
