Pathetic service, horrible customer executives. No service ethics, complete liars. Fed up of their service. Not even allowing me too withdraw from their service on promise that they will improve their service and continuing to cheat on false promise. A headache to deal with them.

thats absolutely correct... all the phone numbers to book gas are always put on hold playing an apparently a self recorded message, and most of the numbers doesn't work.
Pathetic service.... after 05:30 and on public holidays, even Sundays, the phone always ring but there is nobody to pick them up...
