I the month of October 2010 I had visited USA on a personal trip. So that I am connected to my dear ones, I decided on taking an international calling card. In spite of the wonderful time I had during my vacation, the memories of the trip are offset by the horror called Matrix Cellular Services Private Limited.
Foremost, when the sales person of the company visit my office to handover the Sim Card, they charged my credit card for the security deposit amount merely reading out the card details to someone over the phone. I for one, fund this modus operandi highly unsecure! Not sure if it is a legal way to collecting payments.
