Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium: One of Indias finest cricket stadiums. Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium was built in 1883 and the Delhi District Cricket Association has recently upgraded the facilities to include floodlights, a media centre, indoor practice facilities and an indoor swimming pool for players. It can now accommodate 60,000 people, but still remains a small ground. The first test match played here was between India and the West Indies in 1948, and the first One Day International (ODI) between India and Sri Lanka was held here in 1982. This is the ground where Kumble took 10 wickets against Pakistan.
