Electronic Paradise

I have purchased a new Hitachi AC from this store where whole of the product is defective and when I purchased the product these guys promise me post sale service which they never did these people never follow up or do anything within their power to get the product rectified and looking at the reaction I receive from Hitachi these people might have sold me a duplicate product with only the logo of Hitachi else every thing is a fake which I wonder how these people have prices less than other store. So for any new buyer "Please do it at your own risk as saving Rs 1,000 you might risking the whole investment

This shop is not a dealer of Samsung or Sony. The salesman will promise to replace the appliance, if become faulty within one month. But in reality they will not. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 24 Dec 2012 and since then it stopped working 4 times. It seems that they sell defective or factory second product. There are two big dealers near to this shop and please DO NOT GET TRAPPED BY THEIR FALSE PROMISE.
