Never trust these people.. Very poor service and no value of words and commitment.. They will frustrated you like no body can do.. Crooked people and even staff is trained like that.. I will never go again to this place
I had a very bad experience at Dreams Furnishings, Kirti Nagar, Delhi. I had placed an order for 24 mt. curtain cloth. The said cloth was not available at the store so I was asked to pay some advance and the material will be delivered in 3- 4 days. I made the full payment of 24 mt. @ Rs.620/= per mt, in advance. After 4 days when they sent the cloth it was billed for 23.75 mt. I called the showroom and was told that the cloth was 24 mt only but as there was 23.75 mt only in the books so it has been billed for 23.75 mt. However when I checked the cloth sent to me was actually 23.75 mt only. I went to their showroom and was told that the godown people had said it was 24mt and you can take back your balance amount.
