This travel operator is worse travel i face till now, The condition of bus is horrible and no value of time. I booked a AC sleeper bus from GOA to Hyderabad by paying Rs. 2200 thinking that it will be good since there charges are on higher side but i was very wrong, my expereience is very horrible along with other pessenger siiting in the bus.
1. Bus left panjim on time but bus driver and conductor doesnt know route so they roam around wrong direction for 4 hr which make us late in morning by 5 hr, we reached at 11:30 AM in hyderabad.
2. Bus condition is horrible, there is AC water leakage in bus thorughout the journey in all seats and there is nothing which bus opertor done on our complaint.

Worst ever travels in Hyderabad don't choose these buggers at all... its strong advice... if you still want to choose no body can save you.. rash drivers ... out of condition buses...

I travelled by Omer Bus on 1/03/2011 from Mumbai to Humnabad the bus was good i got down at Humnabad and was been told by the driver and the spotter to pay 100 rs on my luggage that was for each bag and the driver refused to give my luggage i had two bags and the stupid driver started acting smart felt like waking him but what diff will it make between me and those stupid workers.

1) The scheduled departure was 9:30 PM at Lakdi ka pool. The bus didn't come till 11:00PM. We waited till 11:00PMas the trip was important and we cannot step back.
2) The bus that came was in an utterly bad condition. It was a A/C Volvo bus however
3) The above bus took to reach puna around 2 oâclock however acuatll time at schedule to reach Mumbai around 9 am .
4) After puna Bus has changed and all passanger asked to change the bus with Maitree bus which is non AC. When they complained to the conductor about a non A/C volvo bus for the price of an A/C volvo bus, he started blackmailing them saying "if you want to travel to MUM, get back into the bus"
