Malik Cars, is very bad in serving the customers, I am very particular about the Astrology, so I booked an IndigoCS(LX) with them, before 2 months, but they did not deliver the vehicle on the right time, also the executive will force you to take a LS (low-end) version, as I am particular about the time. I spoke to their manager also, he is also incapable and in-efficient, who cannot help, Would like to escalate the issue, to their management.. But no Idea how to escalate.. Can any one suggest how to escalate the same.
