I went here on July 26 to buy a laptop. A salesperson shows me some HP models. After watching a lot, when I go to see the price on Amazon, the salesperson shows up on his mobile because my internet is slow. And say the price of this model is 72000 rupees but we are giving away 6000 rupees. And much more with that.
At that point, I forgot to look at the model number of the laptop. After buying the laptop. Going out and looking at the price on Amazon, the price of the laptop is that 66k not 72k. He lied to me. And told me to give the front tech mouse but leopard gave. The next day, when went there he told me that he couldn't say. So my request is no one to take the laptop from this retail.

It's not trust worthy shop. Products are damaged. Shop sell duplicate Windows with Genuine windows logo. You won't be provided any help after you buy product from the shop. I had bought a Genuine Window laptop from the shop. When I took the laptop to the service center, there I got to know It was sold or used by someone else three months before I bought it. Also I had had to visit the service center very often.
Dont buy any laptop form this shop , they know the way how to sell a product and when it is sold they just try to ignore customers help and support.I had purchased one HP laptop form a female salesperson,her behaviours was very bad and dont care mentality.
Earlier Mr. Sandip & Mr. Sanjay were there who used to help a lot while you purchase items from them. The present manager some Mr. Sahid is really irresponsible and doesn't pay any heed to clients over phone. He has been called several times to confirm one price of a desktop PC configuration to which he carried on replying that his juniors are handling the mails and all. So they will send the same. It is pity that this way they will only lose some of their regular customers only

Me and my friend have brought 3 laptops and 2 desktops from their, but letter when we went their to talk about a faulty product they are not bothered to listen to that.
That showroom is not at all customer friendly. You go and ask for a quotation, they will ask you weather you will but or not. You will get quotation only if you are buying an item.also they do not have any price chart...they will calculate on their own. DO NOT GO TO THAT SHOP

I am sorry to say that though the shop has a lot of items to choose from, a definite 'goto' when you need a lot of options before buying, the service is appalling. Everytime I go there I end up having to wait for 10 mins before someone shows up, infact they are not at all interested to help you choose and buy. It appears that I am wasting their time, and if you have a problem or ask questions, they will show you plenty of attitude. I would rather go to a shop with more amiable staff for a better shopping experience.
