Observation:
There is a communited fracture of right humeral head and neck with widening of glenohumeral
joint and inferior subluxation.
No evidence of intra articular loose fragments seen.
Adjacent soft tissue oedema is seen.
The acromio clavicular joint appears maintained.
No evidence of soft tissue collection seen.
Rest of the visualized bones and soft tissue structures are unremarkable.
OPINION:
Communited fracture of right humeral head and neck with widening of glenohumeral
joint and inferior subluxation as described.
What is your opinion, should the surgery be performed as she is 65 yrs, very obese,hyoertensive.
