We have checked in on 19th november, room no. 307, alloted for 4 person charging Rs. 3700/- with 2 guest charge, but AC not working properly, commode flush not working properly, complain made but no remedy done. Bengali special food costing very high but quality was so inferior, none of the bengalies ate that type of food. Overall experience was so bad, so compelled to change the hotel next morning.
