ਇਂਡਿਅਨ ਰਿਕੀ ਫਾਉਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ

I have learnt Reiki ist & iind degree 9 years ago,but have not practised 21 days cleansing period yet due fear that it will harm me .but now my innerself is again & again forcing me to do the practise.DO I need the attunement procedure again ?
