I visited ur shop this morning (19/4) around 1115 hrs and had a harrowing experience. Nobody seemed to care. After requesting two persons a salesman came to my rescue. He seemed to be in a great hurry. Even before reaching the frig store he started asking me in the upstairs itself whether I would be finalising the deal today itself, forgetting that he had yet to show me the product. Anyway he showed me the frig, unlike a good salesman, and I left very disappointed. I thought I shd bring it to ur attention that not to speak of any courtesy even the good salesmanship spirit was missing. This sort of a thing was least expected from the well reputed store like Better Deal Electronics.
