We care does not have a good child to teacher ratio..staff not so dedicated...atleast in the infant section. I stayed at thier facility to have my child acclamatised .... sanitisers kept at door were never used... there is NO dietician charting your child's menu (as promised) , NO pediatrician visits anymore to check your child's growth (as promised)....... crying babies(* at any point atleast 2-3 crying babies).... most children with runny noses and violent coughs and even fever ll playing together.... children made to paint ( hand print) forcibly to make card( pleasing parents) even if they were crying / upset..... food not so nutritional/ lesser quantity(maggi served to infants )...
there is only one nurse who can really speak english..and communicate well with child....recpetionist was asked to attend work even though she was sick.....sick children not quarantined early... my child always fallls sick....all runny noses cleaned by toilet rolls cut into pieces and kept inside nurses's over coat pocket.... god knows if they were reused between diff children..
DONT expect too much... jsut another place which promises more and delivers only ordinary...nothing... like all service offering in India.... only customers i have seen happy are the foreigners.... may be they treat them differently...
