I got my refrigerator serviced by Freeze Control. They charged me 2200 for changing the Defrost Timer and Defrost Bimetal. The freeze stopped working withing 6 hours of fixing it.
I have been calling them since last five days to come and check the freeze but they have not yet shown up. Everytime, I call up, I get an answer "The Technician will come in some time. Just wait".
When I lost patience and asked them today why no one is coming, the person on the other side answered in a very rude way and said that if I want to get the freeze fixed, then I would just wait and not call them repeatedly.
I regret employing them.. They are NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
Just Keep Away from THEM.
