They have wreched exchange policy. In this world of mall culture they r still having old kiryana store culture in which the seller doesnot accept his product once the thing is out of the store.yesterday i bought few things from the store all except one was too substandard. when i asked for the exchange ,to my extreme shock they bluntly refused.hell wasted 700.if u r used 2 buying from malls where exchange policy r so liberal please donot ever visit the store anyway theres nothing special in it malls have better toys.
