The best part of working in Shahpur Jat or Panchsheel is that you can fill your lunch breaks with a Makhmalbuf flick at Siri Fort Auditorium. Made the most of it! But (on the aside) not everyone's lucky to have a boss like that!

Writing about good old JNU is literally wrestling with memories. Where do i start? But i'll spare you all the mush. Still the best place to be a radical and win a nod of approval, to fall in/out of love ... and finally for a fabulous education.

Ok i confess .. I actually go to IIC not for the seminars and art fest but for the wonderful food that is so much a part of seminar lunches and dinners. Oh and almost forgot ... for the film screenings as well. Remember the time when i passed myself for a true blue Iranian just by covering my head with a scarf and muttering "baale baale" under my breath!

Remember my first year in the city, trying to cope with my coming of age and simultaneously staving off homesickness. Chit Park provided solace ... Sunday lunch was always at Babumoshai, followed by mishti doi from Kamala Sweets :)

Fim fest at IHC. Need to grab a bite in between flicks. Where else do I go to but Eatopia ... entire world on a platter. Gotta narrow it down. Tonight it will be the Lebanese platter. Of course brownie from Grandma's Kitchen and a tall glass of iced-tea have to feature as well!

Waking up late on a Sunday, trundling along to the Metro station and taking a train to Chawri Bazaar. Snaking through the paper mart and finally letting the nose find its way to this amazing place. I can go back to Karim's a zillion times just for a plate of biriyani and a matka of phirni. sigh...
