These folks are the absolute worst. Requested a call driver to drive my new car. The driver showed up 45 min late. Took him to my new rented home thats being arranged. Driver started playing arouns with the new washing machine, refridgerator, kitchen utensils, etc Told him to wait outside until i got done. Later in the evening, when he dropped us at the same place again, he started inspecting our content in the trunk. Called the manager (Ramesh), and gave him feedback about the driver Ravikumar and requested him to send a professional driver next day. Ramesh was even worse - he refused to entertain any feedback, told me point blank all his drivers are professional and if i am not happy, i can take my business elsewhere. It was very clear that the company had absolutely no clue about the driver they sent nor are they intereted in feedback about the drivers. These guys are absolutely the worst. Ramesh was introduced to us through a common friend and this is after going through a known person. Please stay away from EziDrive.
