i am preparing for UPSC civil cervices mains exam..which is starting from 29th oct 2011 for the same i bought 2 books from ideal one of them was "Aadhuni bhartacha itihas ek pragat abhyas 1707-1813" which costs 395 RS.
i bought the book by 4 pm and by mistaken i bought the wrong book. i wanted to replace the mentioned book with the other book. the vendor was so rude n didn't bother what i am asking to him about the replacement of the bought book which was bought just before 3 hrs..i came back from my place in powai to dadar when i came mistake.
it not only wasted my 395 rs plus travelling expenditure and lots of time especially when my exams are just 19 days far...let me know what kind of law is this???
it ruined my whole day n money..please do some help for me to get my money back..i just cant afford loose my money for the silly purpose.
i wont take not a single book from ideal henece forth!!!
