No Integrity - Fake Offers: I had a bad experience at the H&G outlet BTM layout. Fake discounts which they refuse to give once billing is done and refuse to take stuff back and are extremely rude and badly behaved..a must avoid place.
Though they advertise a lot of offers, their billing system is so bad that you'll not realise you have been cheated unless you do a thorough check, which obviously cant be done in a checkout queue.
And when you get back to the customer care to report the issue, they will not be ready to refund the money even when they realise its their fault, which means "really bad customer service". Customers please beware of these offers. If possible avoid shopping here or at least make sure you have been billed right, you can never expect refunds at this place.
I'm not going in there again!!
