Poor services, no tracibility within the people comments, i have bought a JBL home theator system from this Reliance outlet, firt they said it will be deliverd with ing the commited time later on they said there was no such committment, finally they delivered the product by 9:20PM at my home, and delivery person said some one will come tommorrow and do the installation work. the very next morning there were no information about engineer, i started calling to Reliance outlet and they starting giving false commitment, 11AM, 12:00PM, 4-5 PM, post 6 PM and finally i had discussion with Mr. Devan who is outlet Managers i believe he said its not possible to send some one today but will try to do tomorrow 1st hours. i said , i had already wasted my weekend to keep waiting the engineer and accpeting false committments from Relaince, now i can't afford to skip my office so better you take back the system i 'll buy directly from JBL Forum branch then they arranged engineer who reached my home in night 10PM and did basic installation but for cashing work he said i don't have equipments so will send some one to do this, now its 4 days no one has come or called me, today 29th March i have called 4 times to Reliance people but they don't answer the question i have, finally i come to know there is only one person out of 10 Banglore outlets who does installation work and they said it will take 1 more week to complete installation work, now you all can think before you buy anything from Reliance Digintal in Bangalore. i am also sending a mail to Mr. Brian Bade who is CEO for Reliance retail business.
