Carried a combo product of Miswak Toothpaste ie "Miswak family pack" that contained two pastes and a tooth brush, Metro supermarket does not let the consumer open the packs in the store as a result today it gives me the feeling of being cheated by a reputed brand like "Metro" because when i opened the pack, one of the paste was damaged and the product content (paste) was as hard as rock. But now i have no means of replacement as the product is a opened and also out of the store. so what am i suppose to do???
Please let me know the possible course of action. Awaiting for a doable response.
