Sorry, this is not for Orchids but I would like to warn the ladies since this parlor belongs to Magarpatta. TOUCH AND GLOW parlor (1st floor, DC)¬â WORST experience of my life!! I had gone there (since Orchids was closed) today for waxing. First of all, the appearance of the place was pathetic (clutter all over!). The lady over there just ripped my skin apart. The wax that she was using was unbearably hot, and the way she was removing the hair so unpleasant. Iâve never gone through such violent treatment of my body. She was literally hitting the waxing strip on my hands so that it sticks and then was removing it even more harshly. Moreover, not to forget the most disgusting part â she used just ONE strip for both the legs and one for both the arms. I still repent why I didnât just got up and left the place.
Guys, trust me, Iâm not exaggerating. If Iâm here, you can understand how annoyed I could be by their hospitality!!
For Orchids, staff may be a bit cranky at times, but they are quite sensitive about their customers and do a good job!
