Hi this is pradeep,
I have given my tata safari for second service, it was very very poor quality of service, they never say the correct time of delivery, for 2nd service they have charged me rs 2000/- with out oil change, i dont know wat they have charged for its very expensive,,,washing quality its worst worst, internal cleaning worst, handeling customers worst,,,, they have lost my floormats till now they have not replaced it,,,,what we look is like this if we give for any tech problem what will be the quality,,,never ever go to this service center
