My name is Christi Cherian and I had sent a consignment from Mumbai on 20th July 2012 as an urgent package to reach Pala, Kottayam, Kerala. The consignment note is 10958. The exact address was given in the consignment note but they did not delivery it at that address and are saying they will not deliver again because they came till Pala and could not reach me by phone when my exact address was given in the consignment note. First off all the consignment was delayed by over one week and this is the service I am getting. Further Mr. Sundeep and a person with mobile number 09379961333 were not at all helpful and even rude. Even tried calling 91-80-4114 5912 where I was met with a rude response. The service so far has been very bad and now I am supposed to go to Kottayam to collect my consignment WORST SERVICE EVER BETTER TO CARRY YOUR THINGS ON YOUR BACK.
