Customer Service & the their attitude is too BAD . Even after booking the table still we had to wait with our kid for 1 hour & they just boost up saying that reservation is a must but they allot the tables without any notice even coming 15-20mins prior to the reservation time . I dont understand why they are updating only the positive appreciation in this site when many dissatisfied customers of this hotel where there along with me on the same day & not mentioning the worst services of this Hotel when people update . To the Hotel Management - Customers are also human beings & not slaves or servants to be ill treated .
